Cancellation, Refund and Service Delivery

DiagnoSmart Private Limited ("Company"/"DiagnoSmart") is the author and publisher of the
web application www.diagnoshop.com ("Website"/"DiagnoShop") on the world wide web as
well as the software and applications provided by DiagnoSmart, including the services it
provides which are listed in the Website.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Before booking appointments, customer has to carefully review their booking details. 
Customer has to verify the services list he/she has booked, the appointment date and time slot,
service charges, taxes, convenience charges and totals. 

DiagnoSmart will be unable to process refunds after a booking has been confirmed. 

Once payment has been done no cancellation request will be entertained.

If the customer wants to change the appointment date and time, he/she needs to contact
the Diagnostic Center directly and the manager of the Diagnostic Center will take decision
at his own discretion. 

SERVICE DELIVERY

DiagnoSmart provides a software platform to make appointments, make payment online, to manage 
appointments online, to view reports. It will send remainders for the appointments. 

Uploading of service reports is the responsibility of Diagnostic Center. Customer can collect
the reports directly from the Diagnostic Center. 

Services booked are not executed by DiagnoSmart. Services are executed/delivered/provided by
the Diagnostic Centers. DiagnoSmart is not responsible for the quality of service provided by the
Diagnostic Centers. Customer can complain about the Diagnostic Center to DiagnoSmart customer care,
and the management will take appropriate action as necessary.
